Branch Banker (L)(MLO)

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; in-office position

Salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate banking solutions to improve financial wellbeing, revenue, and loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales conversations, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options using digital tools, technology, and available resources.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Participate in branch operations while following policies, managing risk, and preventing losses.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, selling, prospecting, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in the Colorado Springs branch office; hirify.global will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, FDIA, SAFE Act, and/or FINRA requirements.
