Branch Supervisor (Retail Banking)

Location: Onsite at the 132nd & Center Branch in Omaha, Nebraska, United States

Salary: $41,116–$65,787 base pay per year

What you will do

• Supervise teller operations and act as the operational lead when the Branch Manager is absent.
• Coach assigned employees through one-on-one meetings, performance feedback, and development planning.
• Ensure adequate staff coverage for customer flow and support branch meetings and huddles.
• Resolve compliance and operational issues, identify training needs, and provide mentorship to the teller team.
• Perform teller duties as needed and apply advanced knowledge of policies and procedures to minimize operational risk.
• Contribute to successful onsite and offsite branch audits and assessments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in a retail banking environment.
• Leadership ability, management skills, and strong problem-solving ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the local community.
• Unrestricted United States work authorization is required; future sponsorship is not available. S.A.F.E. Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required, along with acceptable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness, and background investigation results.
