Customer Experience Banker (Banking)

Location: Office-based in Denver, Colorado. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $22.00–$24.00 hourly

What you will do

• Provide excellent service to walk-in customers and resolve customer issues.
• Identify financial goals and recommend suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Grow customer relationships through sales processes, follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Educate customers about banking products, services, mobile technology, and online banking.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to understand and explain consumer deposit and lending products.
• Strong customer service, sales, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling experience.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking technology.
