Pipeline Branch Manager (Banking)

What you will do

• Manage branch activities, profitability, sales, business development, operations, and customer and employee experience.
• Lead, coach, develop, and manage branch staff, including hiring, performance reviews, promotions, and staffing decisions.
• Grow retail and business banking relationships through customer needs analysis, proactive outreach, outside calling, and community involvement.
• Resolve complex account servicing and customer issues while improving processes and reducing escalations.
• Process Business Banking loan requests up to $250,000 and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Maintain operational, security, fraud prevention, audit, regulatory, and internal control standards.

Requirements

• At least two years of banking branch manager experience, or a minimum of two years of managerial experience or demonstrated leadership ability.
• Bachelor’s degree, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least three years of sales experience, with demonstrated business development success.
• Strong knowledge of business banking products, services, profitability, and client relationship management.
• Ability to coach exceptional customer service and communicate professionally with employees and business partners at all levels.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet, and email.
