Pipeline Branch Manager - Washington DC

Salary: $72,200–$120,300 per year

What you will do

• Manage branch activities, profitability, operating objectives, customer experience, digital engagement, transactions, servicing, and sales.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees; conduct interviews and make staffing, promotion, performance, and termination recommendations.
• Drive retail and business banking sales, business development, community involvement, and outside calling activities.
• Identify customer needs and provide short- and long-term banking solutions, including bundled products and services.
• Process business banking loan requests up to $250,000 and own complex account servicing and error-resolution issues.
• Maintain operational, security, compliance, audit, regulatory, and internal-control standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least three years of sales experience and two years of managerial experience or demonstrated leadership ability.
• At least two years of banking branch manager experience, with business development and community involvement experience.
• Strong knowledge of business banking products, services, profitability, and client relationship management.
• Ability to use common PC software, including Microsoft Office, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Maintain SAFE Act registration requirements and complete required business banking and insurance licensing expectations within the specified timeframes.

• Spanish or bilingual communication skills.
• Strong financial services product knowledge and experience coaching exceptional customer service.
