Senior Application Developer (PHP)

What you will do

• Maintain, modify, and support subsystems and third-party components, including programs, processes, and configurations.
• Develop technical solutions by translating business processes into IT tools and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot unclear system issues, diagnose errors, and implement solutions that protect data integrity and system stability.
• Complete unit testing and maintain documentation for the primary area of responsibility.
• Apply current technologies, methodologies, standards, and guidelines while expanding technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of Information Technology experience, or completion of the Information Technology Development 2-Year Program plus 1 year of outside work experience.
• Basic knowledge of the current Office product suite.
• Understanding of the supported business process area and willingness to learn manufacturing, tire concepts, and hirify.global’s manufacturing technologies.
• Technical exposure to PHP, PL/SQL, SQL, ActiveMQ/Camel, C, Linux, C#/.NET, Docker or Podman, GitHub or CVS, Ansible, shell scripting, Jenkins or GitHub pipelines, and Nexus.
