Staff Infrastructure Engineer (Blockchain)

Location: San Francisco, United States

Salary: $276,500–$300,000 per year, plus a long-term incentive package.

What you will do

• Help establish and grow the infrastructure team’s presence in the United States.
• Contribute to technical direction, infrastructure standards, and engineering best practices.
• Administer systems and build reliable automation for infrastructure operations.
• Contribute to the Site Reliability Engineering practice.
• Support anonymous multi-party computation platforms, internal security services, and blockchain node deployments.
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams and support colleagues across different technical backgrounds.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong systems engineering foundation, including Linux, networking, and cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience building infrastructure automation and using infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience with large-scale, distributed systems.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to drive complex issues through resolution.
• Clear communication skills and an ability to teach and learn collaboratively.
