IT Infrastructure Engineer

What you will do

• Lead the migration from Google Workspace Identity to Okta and design a scalable identity foundation.
• Integrate device-posture signals into conditional-access policies and implement identity analytics for orphaned accounts, anomalous logins, and access reviews.
• Develop automated onboarding and offboarding pipelines from provisioning through deprovisioning.
• Deploy enterprise and endpoint data-loss-prevention solutions, including automated asset tagging and policy enforcement.
• Build integrations between internal systems, compliance platforms, HRIS systems, and business applications through APIs.
• Drive IT automation, SaaS lifecycle management, documentation, and operational improvements using scripting and low-code tools.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, software engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Vanta, AWS, and HRIS systems.
• Strong understanding of SAML, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, REST APIs, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, JavaScript, and Terraform.
• Experience with CASB, EDR, MDM, access audits, data residency planning, and control implementation.
• Ability to work independently, apply systems thinking, and build internal IT documentation and onboarding guides.
