Senior Software Engineer, Android (Web3)

Salary: $221,000–$260,000 per year, plus a long-term incentive package.

What you will do

• Design, build, debug, scale, and maintain native Android software components for World App.
• Develop verification methods, enrollment flows, account management features, SDKs, cloud integrations, and privacy-preserving solutions.
• Build infrastructure that improves security, privacy, compliance, reliability, and development velocity.
• Advance an open and decentralized platform for third-party World integrations.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Data Science.
• Translate customer feedback into product solutions and contribute substantively to product definition.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and developing native Android applications.
• Track record of writing high-quality software and solving complex technical problems.
• Strong collaboration, prioritization, organization, and execution skills in ambiguous and changing environments.
• Ability to learn, master, and apply new knowledge and skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Interest in finance, privacy, and digital identity.
