Auto Damage Trainee (Field)

Location: Wichita, KS; field work required in the listed territory. This is not a remote role.

Salary: $25.95–$40.19 per hour; starting salary of $25.95 per hour / $52,275 annually.

What you will do

• Inspect vehicles and assess accident-related damage.
• Review insurance contracts and prepare vehicle repair estimates.
• Negotiate equitable settlements and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage rental vehicles and coordinate with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.
• Complete hands-on training at the Ashburn, VA facility and a field training center in NY, TX, or CA.

Requirements

• Must work in the Wichita, KS field territory; remote work is not available.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Ability to consult with customers and other parties, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Must already have employment authorization; hirify.global will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization.
