Claim Rep, Auto Damage

Annual base salary: $55,200–$91,100, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Manage low- to moderate-complexity auto physical damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution and settlement, including total-loss evaluations and repair oversight.
• Analyze policy terms, conditions, exclusions, coverage, liability, and damage to determine accurate payments and negotiate settlements within authority limits.
• Coordinate with appraisal teams and repair facilities to obtain information and complete accurate damage assessments.
• Investigate claims, gather and document facts, maintain claim management system records, and prepare required correspondence.
• Provide clear, professional communication to insureds, claimants, representatives, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Adopt new technology, system upgrades, and digital tools, particularly AI-related implementations, while maintaining productivity and service quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of auto claim handling or comparable claim experience, or successful completion of the hirify.global Auto Claim Representative training program.
• Bachelor’s degree and two years of auto claim handling experience are preferred for the ideal candidate.
• Active adjuster license where applicable; required insurance licenses must be acquired and maintained within three months of starting.
• Proficiency with claims management systems, Microsoft Office, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Strong communication, judgment, customer service, conflict resolution, organization, and decision-making skills.
