What you will do

• Manage low- to moderate-complexity auto physical damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution and settlement.
• Evaluate policy coverage, liability, exclusions, damage, total losses, and repair estimates.
• Negotiate equitable claim settlements within authorized limits and prepare required correspondence, including denial letters and Reservations of Rights.
• Coordinate with appraisal teams and repair facilities to obtain accurate damage assessments and support timely resolution.
• Investigate claims, document findings, maintain accurate claim records, and communicate professionally with customers, claimants, representatives, and internal stakeholders.
• Adapt to technology implementations and digital tools, including AI-enabled systems, while maintaining productivity and service quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least one year of auto claim handling or comparable claim experience, or successful completion of the hirify.global Auto Claim Representative training program.
• Two years of auto claim handling experience and an active adjuster license are preferred where applicable.
• Strong communication, customer service, judgment, conflict resolution, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with claims management systems, Microsoft Office, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Acquire and maintain applicable insurance licenses within three months of starting.
