What you will do

• Complete structured virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training in insurance policies, claim processes, systems, and procedures.
• Handle personal and business claims involving automobiles, heavy equipment, mobile equipment, and property damage.
• Assess coverage and compensability, investigate claims, gather information, and evaluate potential fraud.
• Set claim reserves, determine resolution amounts, issue accurate payments, and execute claim action plans.
• Communicate claim status to policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and business customers while maintaining accurate records.
• Adapt to AI, digital transformation, new workflows, system upgrades, and digital tool rollouts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and previous customer service or insurance experience are preferred qualifications.
• Obtain and maintain an active adjuster or insurance license where required, within three months of starting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn claims management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, judgment, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Basic conflict resolution skills and openness to continuous learning are required.
