TL;DR

Salary: $221,000–$260,000 annually, plus long-term incentives and potential variable compensation.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end experience for people being scanned and device operators across global deployment environments.
- Define scalable experience principles and frameworks across product lines, regions, and user profiles.
- Design physical and digital touchpoints including device surfaces, stands, accessories, on-device interfaces, operator consoles, mobile apps, and web flows.
- Specify multi-sensory interactions such as audio, lighting, haptics, and physical feedback.
- Plan and conduct research, translating insights into requirements, prototypes, service flows, and design guidelines.
- Lead UX development from concept through launch and improve deployed experiences using data and field feedback.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UX, service design, or multi-modal experience design, ideally across hardware and software products.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end systems thinking and multi-touchpoint experience design.
- Expertise designing experiences that combine physical, digital, and sensory inputs.
- Hands-on prototyping skills with Figma, motion, audio, and physical mockups.
- Ability to lead research, synthesize complex data, and align cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with high ambiguity.
