Senior UX Designer

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. Office-based environment with occasional work from home available for eligible positions after training.

What you will do

• Lead discussions on current user experience projects and the future direction of design.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile interfaces.
• Develop detailed, scalable visual design specifications throughout the design process.
• Lead UX research, design planning, and strategic project phases while evaluating emerging design and technology trends.
• Deliver design solutions for large and complex problems from concept through delivery and ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, use data and insights, and mentor other UX professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or a related field, or equivalent certification or experience.
• At least 5 years of product or service design experience; 8+ years preferred.
• Experience defining, developing, and documenting UX design and interaction requirements.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead and influence across teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX activities, processes, and deliverables.
• Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
