Lead Web Designer

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York, United States

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 annual base salary plus equity

What you will do

• Design and deliver digital experiences across the marketing website, event activations, microsites, and digital collateral.
• Lead the upcoming marketing website redesign from strategic alignment and scoping through design, implementation, and ongoing stewardship.
• Partner with the web team on day-to-day website needs and enable continuous iteration for the marketing organization.
• Develop new design and build processes with engineering, using advanced prototyping and AI tools to create high-fidelity experiences.
• Build a culture of feedback and collaboration across designers, cross-functional partners, and executive stakeholders.
• Help define and evolve hirify.global’s visual brand system during the ongoing rebrand.

Requirements

• Interactive portfolio demonstrating narrative, craft, technology, and audience-focused digital experiences.
• 10+ years of experience in agency or in-house environments, focused on website design and digital experiences.
• Strong UX instincts and the ability to create intuitive, empathetic user experiences.
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining cohesive visual systems and digital-first experiences.
• Ability to self-direct across multiple workstreams and align cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with the ability to produce production-ready files.

• Experience with code-based animation and emerging technologies.
• Curiosity about new tools and their use in higher-fidelity, implementation-ready design work.
