Commissioning Project Manager - Henderson Building Solutions

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States. Travel required up to 25% of the time. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $96,800–$145,200 annually.

What you will do

• Manage building-system commissioning and retro-commissioning projects within established budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate site visits, project meetings, commissioning schedules, deliverables, contracts, proposals, scopes of work, and fees.
• Lead communication with clients, subcontractors, owner representatives, general contractors, and design teams.
• Direct commissioning activities and provide technical insight into project production and building design and construction goals.
• Manage project budgets, financial performance, risks, conflicts, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and supervise Commissioning Agents, Technicians, and project team members while supporting training and business development.

Requirements

• Eight years of experience in MEPF engineering, commissioning, or testing, adjusting, and balancing; twelve years required without a degree.
• Proficiency in project management standards and project execution.
• Fundamental understanding of building design and construction principles.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; employment eligibility verification is conducted.
• Ability to communicate in English, work at a desk or computer for extended periods, climb an 8-foot ladder, and carry up to 25 pounds.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural, electrical, mechanical, industrial, or construction engineering or management.
• ASHRAE, ACG, and/or NEBB certifications.
• Relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
