What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closing, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary interface for clients, managing expectations, communications, and long-term relationships.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, CAD, programming teams, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project financials, including labor, equipment, and material budgets to ensure profitability.
• Perform field verification at construction sites and document potential issues or solutions.
• Facilitate design reviews and oversee final system checkout and turnover to clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a project manager in broadcast or audiovisual system installations.
• Must be based in or able to work from Nashville, Chicago, or Dallas.
• Knowledge of low voltage electrical projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to resolve complex technical and interpersonal conflicts.
• Ability to travel frequently by car and occasionally by air for job site visits.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.

Nice to have

• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• Relevant certifications based on specific audiovisual technology focus.
