Marketing AI Workflow Architect (AI)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with an average requirement of 2 days per week in an hirify.global office and up to 3 days per week onsite.

Salary: USD 119,500–275,000 annual base salary in Texas, with possible variable incentives.

What you will do

• Assess marketing workflows, cross-team handoffs, dependencies, data flows, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
• Design and align end-to-end AI-enabled marketing and MarTech architectures with enterprise standards.
• Support the integration of AI agents, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, recommendation engines, and third-party AI tools.
• Collaborate with data engineering, IT, platform engineering, security, legal, compliance, and AI/ML teams.
• Define API, data pipeline, infrastructure, latency, throughput, availability, and resilience requirements.
• Lead vendor evaluations, technical due diligence, and build-versus-buy decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, enterprise-aligned AI and MarTech solutions.
• Knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, recommendation engines, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP, cloud services, networking, model endpoints, vector stores, and observability tools.
• Experience with API design, system integration, data management, governance, security, privacy, compliance, and vendor risk assessment.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, architecture blueprints, and implementation plans.
