Senior Data Architect (AI)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America. Relocation is available.

Salary: $147,050–$230,850 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

hirify.global's Enterprise Data & Analytics organization develops corporate data architecture, strategy, engineering, platforms, and analytics for initiatives across the company.

What you will do

• Architect AI-ready data foundations, including semantic and context layers for LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Lead technical workstreams end-to-end, set direction, align teams, and own deliverables.
• Partner with AI vendors and internal stakeholders to prototype, validate, and scale architectural patterns.
• Shape enterprise data strategy and platform architecture across warehousing, modeling, and governance.
• Build hands-on solutions using LLMs and applied AI technologies.
• Translate complex architecture for business and executive stakeholders across hirify.global's business units.

Requirements

• 10+ years designing and delivering enterprise data warehousing solutions.
• Deep expertise in data modeling, data engineering, and enterprise data architecture.
• Experience defining data strategy and platform architecture in a large, complex enterprise.
• Broad knowledge of business domains including supply chain, finance, sales, and customer data.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with modern AI architecture and production-grade LLM solutions.
• Expected familiarity with the Azure and AWS data ecosystems; hands-on Databricks and Microsoft Fabric experience is strongly preferred.
