AI Architect - Telecom Network Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Define and execute AI architecture roadmaps for telecom network engineering, operations, automation, and digital transformation.
• Design and build AI-powered engineering assistants and copilots for knowledge discovery, troubleshooting, decision-making, and engineer productivity.
• Lead the development of AI products, accelerators, and proof-of-concepts, including rapid prototyping and demonstrations.
• Support bids, proposals, client presentations, executive briefings, workshops, and AI transformation roadmaps with technical leadership.
• Develop intelligent solutions for incident triage, root cause analysis, predictive maintenance, recommendations, and workflow orchestration.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and establish scalable, secure, observable, and responsible AI architecture standards and governance.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in wireless telecom network architecture, including RAN, Core, Transport, OSS/BSS, service assurance, network operations, and engineering workflows.
• Experience designing solutions with LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs, vector databases, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Databricks, Fabric, Snowflake, data engineering, MLOps, LLMOps, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience building enterprise knowledge repositories, semantic search platforms, engineering copilots, and intelligent decision-support systems.
• Ability to define architecture blueprints, integration patterns, security standards, AI governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, mentor engineers, and drive enterprise AI adoption.
