Finance Management, Leadership Development Program (Biotech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $83,711–$135,000 USD per year, plus performance-based bonus and/or equity for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Complete 3–4 strategic rotations over 2–3 years, each lasting approximately 8–12 months.
• Gain experience across Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Corporate Finance, and Internal Audit.
• Contribute to financial strategy, finance operations, productivity, and enterprise-wide business outcomes.
• Develop technical expertise and an enterprise perspective through high-impact business assignments.
• Participate in executive mentorship and a leadership development series focused on leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Recent MBA graduate from the class of 2022–2026; a concentration in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of direct finance or accounting experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Strong financial modeling, problem-solving, analytical, communication, teamwork, ownership, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in progressing toward Manager or Senior Manager-level finance leadership roles.
• Experience developing, implementing, and using enterprise technology automation, visualization, and analytics solutions to improve finance operations.
