Program Manager

Location: United States; hybrid work with an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office

Salary: USD 111,000–211,000 in Colorado; USD 120,000–228,000 in Massachusetts; USD 120,000–243,000 in California; USD 105,500–243,000 in Georgia, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin per year. Variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Lead multi-functional programs and project teams through engineering development and implementation for products and services.
• Develop and manage schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Oversee supporting project teams and development partners, adjusting schedules and resources to meet product requirements.
• Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders and management.
• Drive the integration of new technologies, quality initiatives, security, and compliance requirements.
• Engage with standards bodies and external partners and mentor less experienced staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or an equivalent field.
• Typically 6+ years of relevant program or project management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing scope, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional resources.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including communication with senior management.
• Experience working with manufacturing and development partners in a matrixed environment.
• Mastery of English and the local language; PMP/PMI certification is preferred.
