Print Software Program Manager

Location: Vancouver, Washington, United States of America

Salary: $154,400–$2,424,000 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Plan and execute complex, high-visibility software programs across organizational functions.
• Define technical scope, architecture, quality plans, requirements, and customer-valued deliverables.
• Manage schedules, milestones, commitments, budgets, risks, escalations, and resource allocation.
• Drive software releases, feature delivery, bug fixes, testing, documentation, and release tracking.
• Coordinate marketing, design, R&D, finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide concise program updates to senior leadership and mentor other program team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area or demonstrated equivalent competence.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience developing commercial software products using agile practices.
• Experience managing cross-organizational software development programs from initiation through delivery.
• Experience with engineering metrics, large-scale systems, controlled software release processes, and product lifecycle management tools.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, cost management, and communicating complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
