System Program Manager (Desktop Workstation)

Salary: $116,150–$171,350 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead global cross-functional programs for the engineering development and launch of new desktop workstation products and options.
• Plan and execute product lifecycle activities while managing program scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and critical deliverables.
• Coordinate product management, design, engineering, supply chain, quality, service, and customer experience teams.
• Track milestones, risks, escalations, open actions, and issue resolution through program completion.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety practices, documentation control, and quality initiatives across program phases.
• Drive customer experience improvements, cost optimization, innovation, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in engineering development and implementation, project planning, people management, or a related field.
• Experience with project management, product planning, schedules, milestones, risk management, and cross-functional execution.
• Ability to lead global teams, communicate with executives, manage ambiguity, and influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of new product development, manufacturing, supply chain, continuous improvement, and product management.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience with JIRA and Kanban principles.
• Knowledge of automation and AI.
