Program Manager I

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA, or Cleveland or Akron, OH

Salary: $75,000–$125,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional program and project teams delivering organizational programs aligned with corporate strategy.
• Plan and coordinate programs across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business, including programs that may reach or exceed $10 million in scope.
• Influence program decisions and monitor budgets to support successful delivery.
• Evaluate program implementation and effectiveness, then recommend enhancements based on results.
• Partner with service providers to ensure seamless delivery and consistent customer experiences across distribution channels.
• Manage customer-focused and risk-aware program execution.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor’s degree, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with program management, project management, organizational change management, and organizational leadership.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Must work in the office in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, or Akron.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
