Program Manager, Product Services (HP Indigo Print)

Salary: $73,800–$107,000 annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States of America candidates.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned hirify.global Indigo service offerings, from launch and adoption through optimization and sunset.
• Lead complex service programs and customer deployments, managing scope, schedule, budget, delivery, and customer expectations.
• Translate customer feedback and operational insights into service requirements, roadmaps, value propositions, and improvement initiatives.
• Represent hirify.global Indigo with strategic customers, lead escalations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Manage service-line P&L performance, profitability, cost, attach rates, labor, spare parts, and case-closure efficiency.
• Lead geographically distributed teams and track KPIs for service quality, customer experience, financial health, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, services management, project or program management, or global operations; 3+ years may apply with an advanced degree.
• Experience supporting complex hardware/software products in a global, customer-facing environment.
• Experience with services product management, lifecycle and portfolio management, customer value realization, and business operations.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, risk and change management, SDLC, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Strong financial, analytical, communication, presentation, and cross-organizational leadership skills, including the ability to influence without authority.

Nice to have

• Prior experience within hirify.global, hirify.global Services, or a large matrixed organization.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Agile or Lean/Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Monday.com, CRM, and service management systems.
