Program Manager, Product Services (HP Indigo Print)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States of America. Relocation is not provided.

Salary: $73,800–$107,000 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States candidates.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned hirify.global Indigo service offerings from launch and adoption through optimization and sunset.
• Lead complex service programs and customer deployments across North and South America, managing scope, schedule, budget, and customer expectations.
• Translate customer needs and operational insights into service requirements, roadmaps, value propositions, and improvement initiatives.
• Manage strategic customer relationships and lead escalations through resolution and recurrence prevention.
• Partner with sales, marketing, engineering, supply chain, regional services, and global operations teams.
• Track service quality, customer experience, financial performance, profitability, and operational efficiency KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, services management, project or program management, or global operations; 3+ years may qualify with an advanced degree.
• Experience supporting complex hardware/software products in a global, customer-facing environment.
• Experience with service product management, lifecycle and portfolio management, customer value realization, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, risk and change management, SDLC, Six Sigma, P&L management, budgeting, and KPI reporting.
• Ability to communicate with executive-level customers and influence geographically distributed teams across regions, cultures, and functions.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at hirify.global, hirify.global Services, or another large matrixed organization.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Agile or Lean/Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Monday.com, CRM, and service management systems.
