Strategy & Operations Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Rotate across business development, strategy, and operations to own and drive the company's highest-priority problems.
• Build GTM models for new verticals and manage strategic enterprise accounts.
• Support the President and CEO in executive outreach, deal strategy, and C-suite meetings.
• Design and improve processes, tooling, and operating cadences to support scaling.
• Conduct structured analysis on market sizing, competitive intelligence, and unit economics.
• Onboard enterprise customers and establish health metrics to ensure successful account expansion.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy/operations at a high-growth startup.
• Exceptional analytical ability with comfort building complex models and spreadsheets.
• Structured thinking and the ability to distill complex information for senior executives.
• Team-first, low-ego operating style with the ability to influence across functions.
• Genuine curiosity about AI, distribution, and logistics.
• Must be willing to work hybrid from the New York office and travel as needed.
