Operations & Strategy Associate (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Guide doctors through the onboarding process to ensure successful activation.
• Analyze onboarding funnels to identify and implement improvements for conversion and engagement.
• Build dashboards and reports to track key business metrics and support leadership decision-making.
• Design and optimize operational processes to enable efficient scaling.
• Lead cross-functional projects and conduct market research to support new growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL experience is a plus.
• Intermediate level in Spanish is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Ownership mentality and a bias toward action.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, operations, strategy, or analytics.
• Familiarity with AI tools and large language models.
• Healthcare industry experience or interest in healthcare innovation.
