What you will do

• Set creator supply targets by segment and monitor marketplace liquidity against demand.
• Own analytics across the creator funnel, from sourcing and qualification through the first accepted deal.
• Build retention, reactivation, and repeat-deal programs to keep creators active.
• Partner with Strategic Finance on supply-side incentive programs and evaluate their performance.
• Resolve creator payment, delivery, billing, and disbursement issues with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Build dashboards and a single source of truth while pressure-testing new supply-facing products.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in consulting, banking/private equity, or a fast-growing startup.
• Experience working independently on ambiguous, unstructured problems with limited guidance.
• Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, especially on the supply or seller side.
• Experience or genuine interest in the creator economy, ad tech, or digital media.
• Strong cross-functional influence, communication, and change-management skills.
• Fluent English communication is required.
