Workday HRIS Analyst (Workday)

Location: Houston, United States; local candidates only for a hybrid schedule with two days in the office

What you will do

• Support the Workday ecosystem across Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management, and Payroll.
• Provide first-line support to HR system users, resolve issues, and escalate complex requests.
• Perform data integrity checks, process-flow testing, system security testing, and system maintenance.
• Support the review, testing, and implementation of system enhancements, applications, and integrations.
• Maintain configuration documentation, change logs, user guides, and backup and recovery procedures.
• Develop customized reports, support compliance and privacy requirements, and provide guidance and training to People and Culture teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint ERP, HCM software implementation and integration, and HCM platforms; Workday experience is preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Eligibility for access to export-controlled technical data may require additional U.S. export-control screening under NASA regulations, ITAR, or EAR; meeting these requirements is a condition of employment.
