Systems Program Manager

Location: Austin, Texas, United States of America; relocation is not offered

Salary: $121,950–$179,900 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver product and program launches from concept through release.
• Define and manage program scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate product, engineering, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure launch readiness.
• Track risks and issues, escalate challenges, and drive timely resolutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, communicate progress, and maintain program documentation.
• Support post-launch reviews and standardize processes, tools, and templates for future programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or product launch roles.
• Proven success managing cross-functional product or program launches in a large organization.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, including executive reporting and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project/program management certification.
• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification.
• Familiarity with product development and launch processes.
