Salary: $133,500–$173,500 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of moderately complex programs from planning through execution, launch readiness, and closeout.
• Develop and communicate integrated program plans covering scope, timing, capacity, dependencies, risks, milestones, and decision points.
• Manage critical paths, sequencing constraints, resource conflicts, dependency overlaps, scope changes, and execution risks.
• Translate product requirements and business objectives into delivery scope, milestones, and product realization plans.
• Lead new product introduction processes, including milestone, design, and gate reviews.
• Facilitate cross-functional decisions and provide concise, decision-ready status updates to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of progressive relevant experience, including 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience bringing structure to ambiguous cross-functional work and driving outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong systems-level understanding of product development, program logic, dependencies, critical paths, risks, and trade-offs.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action skills.
• Ability to work at the Waukesha HQ in Waukesha, Wisconsin, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience managing new product development programs using stage-gate, phase-gate, NPI, GDP, or a similar process.
• Experience supporting full-system releases involving hardware, software, firmware, manufacturing, supply chain, service, and launch readiness.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification with practical application.
• Experience working with global teams, international suppliers, or distributed development and manufacturing organizations.
