Manufacturing Program Manager

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; hybrid work with an average of two days per week from an HPE office

Salary: USD 105,500–213,500 annual base salary in California, plus possible variable incentives.

What you will do

• Lead the release of new hardware products and manage their lifecycle from introduction through decline.
• Manage internal manufacturing and supply chain projects across CM- and ODM-based designs.
• Develop and roll out supply chain processes for New Product Introduction and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage schedules, deliverables, risks, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Lead internal and external resources, typically involving more than 20 team members across multiple countries.
• Manage executive stakeholder relationships, communicate project status, and resolve issues and roadblocks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in project management or similar roles.
• In-depth understanding of New Product Introduction processes, phase gates, and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Strong project management, planning, scheduling, risk management, change management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing internal and external partners at operational and executive levels.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with regular attendance at the Sunnyvale HPE office.
