Manager, Sourcing, Indirect, Americas

Location: Hybrid in the United States, preferred location Atlanta, GA Galleria office, with flexibility to organize work between the office and home.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Develop and implement sourcing approaches to reduce CapEx costs and commercial and legal risks.
• Lead supplier selection, commercial negotiations, legal negotiations, agreements, and contracting strategies.
• Develop and execute project sourcing strategies for greenfield and brownfield investment projects supporting business growth.
• Provide indirect sourcing category expertise and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and remote teams.
• Guide internal and external procurement partners and manage supplier performance metrics.
• Identify value creation, improvement, and innovation opportunities with stakeholders and key suppliers.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or another relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in indirect sourcing categories such as MRO, site services, and CapEx.
• Results-driven, analytical, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to identify alternative solutions to complex challenges.
• Strong supplier and internal stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to take responsibility for leading, directing, and managing change.
• Experience negotiating complex legal and commercial agreement terms and conditions.
• Experience leading sourcing activities for greenfield and brownfield investment projects, including process development and project management.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, SAP, and eSourcing tools.
• Readiness to travel for regional responsibilities and flexibility in working hours due to cross-regional interaction.
