Manager, Sourcing, Indirect, Americas

Location: United States; preferred location is the Atlanta, GA Galleria office with flexibility to work between the office and home in a hybrid work culture.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Develop and implement sourcing approaches to reduce CapEx costs and commercial and legal risks.
• Lead supplier selection, commercial negotiations, legal negotiations, and contract management.
• Develop and execute sourcing and contracting strategies for projects and company growth.
• Provide indirect sourcing expertise across spend categories such as MRO, site services, and CapEx.
• Guide internal and external procurement partners and manage supplier performance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to drive improvement opportunities, innovation, and value creation.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in indirect sourcing.
• Experience negotiating complex legal and commercial agreements.
• Experience leading sourcing activities for greenfield and brownfield investment projects, including project management exposure.
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills, analytical ability, and change leadership experience.
• Excellent/fluent written and spoken English; readiness to travel and work flexibly across regional interactions.
