Technical Delivery Lead

Location: Duluth, Georgia; candidates must reside in Georgia or be willing to relocate to Georgia.

Salary: $130,000–$145,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of high-quality application development projects for representative- and client-facing software.
• Gather and review business requirements, validate estimates, and create project, release, and implementation plans.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and guide scalable solutions for complex requirements.
• Coordinate internal application, platform, backend, shared-services, vendor, and third-party development teams.
• Manage technical risks, issues, dependencies, scope, changes, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee architecture reviews, security and SDLC compliance, vulnerability assessments, load testing, deployment, documentation, and transition to support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent application development, information systems, or computer science experience.
• At least 4 years of software industry experience as a developer or team lead, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical acumen, knowledge of at least one technical stack, and understanding of software and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, project planning, release planning, and implementation planning.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, delegation, and deadline-management skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be located in Georgia or willing to relocate to Georgia.

Nice to have

• PMP or CSM certification.
• Knowledge of current software development technologies, methodologies, and project management approaches.
