Technical Delivery Manager (Top Secret Clearance)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; office attendance required 4–5 days per week. Willingness to travel up to 20% annually for customer engagements.

Base salary: $125,000–$250,000 USD annually, plus potential government clearance differential and discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Manage and deliver innovative solutions built on the hirify.global platform for enterprise customers.
• Lead agile delivery engagements, including risk management and impediment removal.
• Manage strategic accounts across project management, account strategy, financial management, and opportunity qualification.
• Understand customer goals, define use cases, develop application roadmaps, and build business cases.
• Partner with sales, customer success managers, partners, architects, and product designers to deliver customer outcomes and support account growth.

Requirements

• Active Government Top Secret Clearance and proven experience supporting Intel and/or 4th Estate customers.
• At least 5 years of experience in an agile delivery environment, including at least 1 year leading a team.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale technology programs and customer books of business using financial management tools and metrics.
• Experience with strategic customer relationships, value selling, business case development, and technology consulting.
• B.S. or B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Ability to work from the McLean office 4–5 days per week and travel up to 20% annually.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in financial services, pharmaceuticals, insurance, or manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, BPM/workflow, data integration architecture, EAI, or enterprise architecture and data management.
