Banking Services Group Leader I - Treasury Management Services (Night Shift - Schedule listed below)

Location: Fully onsite at Montgomery Park in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 AM–8:30 AM or completion.

Salary: $22.61–$37.67 hourly USD.

What you will do

• Monitor workflow and act as a liaison between the assigned Treasury Management Services unit and management.
• Train, coach, and approve the work of the assigned team.
• Complete quality assurance reviews of team activities and approve daily work.
• Identify and resolve operational problems within the team.
• Assist with production work and complete daily production reporting.
• Apply risk, regulatory, audit, and internal control standards, escalating risk-related issues to management.

Requirements

• Ability to work fully onsite in Baltimore, Maryland, on the overnight shift.
• At least three years of higher education and/or relevant work experience.
• Work leadership experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software used by the assigned team.
• Verbal and written communication skills, plus knowledge of systems, documents, and procedures in the assigned area.
