CRB Treasury Management Specialist

What you will do

• Identify and execute cross-sales across an existing Business Banking treasury management portfolio.
• Compile data, complete relationship reviews, and prepare pro-forma pricing analyses for Treasury Management Sales Advisors.
• Handle client sales needs through telephone outreach and individual or joint calls with advisors and relationship partners.
• Manage an assigned portion of an advisor’s portfolio and contribute to team revenue goals.
• Proactively manage portfolio risk and pricing activities while independently organizing workflows and deadlines.
• Complete special projects accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or five years of banking and/or treasury experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least one year of Treasury Management experience.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Ability to manage workflows and expectations independently with limited oversight.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of Treasury Management experience.
• At least one year of Commercial Banking experience.
• Sales experience with a record of exceeding goals.
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
