CRB Treasury Management Specialist (Treasury Management)

What you will do

• Identify and execute cross-sales across an existing Business Banking Treasury Management portfolio.
• Compile data for Treasury Management Sales Advisors, complete relationship reviews, and prepare pro-forma pricing analyses.
• Manage assigned portfolio segments and handle client sales needs by telephone and through individual or joint calls.
• Contribute to team revenue goals by identifying and executing sales opportunities.
• Manage workflow independently while overseeing portfolio risk, pricing activities, and special projects.
• Complete assigned projects accurately and within expected deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or five years of banking and/or Treasury experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least one year of Treasury Management experience.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Ability to manage workflow and expectations with limited oversight.
• Strong sales, portfolio management, risk management, and pricing skills.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of Treasury Management experience.
• At least one year of Commercial Banking experience.
• Sales experience with a proven record of exceeding goals.
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and working knowledge of Salesforce.
