Treasury Management Support Specialist (Commercial Banking)

Location: Fully onsite in Irvine, California, United States

Salary: $21.00–$26.00 per hour, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact for corporate and commercial deposit clients.
• Respond to banking questions and support account implementation, funds transfers, stop-payment requests, transaction posting issues, and error resolution.
• Coordinate with relationship managers and business partners, provide client updates, make recommendations, and escalate urgent matters.
• Handle incoming calls from treasury management customers and internal staff while working toward first-call resolution.
• Apply bank policies, procedures, and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, and Regulation E.
• Coach, mentor, or train others as a subject matter expert when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience in banking, new accounts, loan processing or documentation, and customer service.
• Knowledge of bank payment systems, account operations, commercial banking products, and banking regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, organization, multitasking, and judgment skills.
• Strong technical skills, including Windows Office Suite, spreadsheets, and industry-specific software.
• Ability to work fully onsite at the posted Irvine, California location.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of business analysis, accounting, financial procedures, and market and interest-rate impacts.
