What you will do

• Develop and win treasury management opportunities with large, complex corporate banking clients through consultative selling.
• Manage and expand existing client relationships by delivering tailored cash management, liquidity, card, and merchant services solutions.
• Design complex treasury solutions and coordinate with product specialists to address client requirements.
• Develop pricing and product structures, negotiate contracts and service-level agreements, and close deals.
• Oversee transitions from sales to implementation and monitor portfolio performance, revenue growth, and solution utilization.
• Manage risk and regulatory compliance while maintaining sales pipelines, reporting results, and contributing to sales strategy and product development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in treasury management sales focused on corporate banking clients with revenues of $500 million or more.
• 8+ years of experience working with complex organizations across industries including industrials, consumer and financial services, technology, media, telecommunications, and franchise operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of treasury services, products, technology, and industry applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.

Nice to have

• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification or equivalent.
• Master’s degree, such as an MBA.
• Industry contacts, association involvement, and recognized performance in treasury services sales or corporate banking.
