Organizational Change Consultant (HR Transformation)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh or Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; Cleveland, Akron, or Columbus, Ohio; Downers Grove, Illinois; Atlanta, Georgia; or Birmingham, Alabama.

Base salary: $50,000–$143,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage the planning, execution, tracking, and control of organizational change projects.
• Support HR Modernization, a multi-year enterprise initiative focused on simplifying and connecting HR.
• Lead change workstreams covering stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, readiness, and adoption.
• Develop change, resource, quality, schedule, and budget plans and conduct project meetings.
• Monitor delivery, identify resistance and change saturation, and resolve project and stakeholder issues.
• Manage client expectations, deliverables, satisfaction, and adherence to agreements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or comparable combination of education and experience.
• Direct, hands-on organizational change management experience with end-to-end ownership of change work.
• Experience leading a change workstream or project and owning its outcomes.
• Experience with complex enterprise initiatives such as acquisitions, integrations, vendor or platform transitions, payroll changes, compensation structure changes, or international expansion.
• Must work in-office at one of the listed U.S. locations.
