Senior Organizational Change Manager

Location: Hybrid, with onsite presence four days per week, within a reasonable commuting distance of hirify.global regional offices in Buffalo, NY; Boston, MA; Baltimore, MD; Washington, DC; Wilmington, DE; New York, NY; Bridgeport, CT; or Burlington, VT.

Salary: $118,200–$197,000 annual (USD).

What you will do

• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to diagnose business challenges, identify root causes, and define desired outcomes.
• Lead discovery and assess opportunities across people, processes, customer experience, service design, and organizational readiness.
• Develop and execute change strategies for enterprise initiatives, including communication, engagement, learning, and reinforcement plans.
• Assess organizational impacts, readiness, risks, resistance, and adoption challenges while measuring change outcomes.
• Coach executives, sponsors, leaders, and teams through complex organizational transformations.
• Advance enterprise change management standards, methodologies, tools, mentoring, and professional practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience leading organizational change, transformation, organizational effectiveness, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale, high-impact initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, influencing, systems thinking, and business acumen skills.
• Experience integrating change management strategies with Agile ways of working.
• Experience building organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, and professional-practice development.
• Recognized change management certification such as Prosci or ACMP CCMP.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in organizational development, organizational behavior, change management, business administration, human-centered design, or a related field.
• Experience with multidisciplinary transformation teams, banking or financial services, and highly matrixed organizations.
• Experience developing communities of practice, methodologies, talent, or organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency with Jira, Miro, Target Process, or similar collaboration and transparency tools.
