Location: Must be based in New York City or within a reasonable commuting distance (Hybrid - 3 days onsite required).

Salary: $89,800 - $110,200

What you will do

• Create and implement customized change management roadmaps based on project needs.
• Lead impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Provide status reporting on progress, dependencies, risks, and program health.
• Anticipate organizational changes and develop necessary communication interventions.
• Develop executive-level presentations and readiness content.
• Collaborate with internal and client project teams to ensure business and budget objectives are met.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading significant change management engagements.
• Consulting experience required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no H1-B, F-1/OPT, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management frameworks.
• Strong coaching, influencing, and facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• PROSCI or other Change Management certifications.
