Change Management Consultant

Location: New York City, hybrid with three days onsite. Consultants must work from a hirify.global office, approved coworking location, or client site according to engagement needs, and reside within reasonable commuting distance.

Base salary: $89,800–$110,200 annually, plus an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Support clients with complex business-critical change initiatives and sustainable organizational improvements.
• Create change management roadmaps and implement activities across project phases.
• Lead impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify stakeholders, and coordinate related initiatives.
• Track progress, dependencies, issues, risks, program health, and business, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Develop executive presentations, readiness and skilling content, metrics, and implementation communications.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams while contributing to deliverables, business development, recruiting, marketing, and people development.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading significant change management engagements in complex organizations.
• Consulting experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
• Strong coaching, influencing, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management frameworks.
• Ability to facilitate project teams, manage ambiguity, and work effectively with feedback.

Nice to have

• PROSCI or another change management certification.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and experience working with complex organizational transformations.
