Salary: $124,400 – $129,500

What you will do
- Analyze and assess organizational structures to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Design organizational models, job matrices, and governance frameworks that align with business objectives.
- Create and implement customized change management roadmaps, conducting impact analyses and readiness assessments.
- Partner with HR and department leaders to align organizational design with talent management and workforce planning.
- Develop executive-level presentations and provide detailed reporting on program health, risks, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational processes and procedures on a regional or global basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of prior consulting experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading significant consulting engagements in complex organizations.
- Solid understanding of Organizational Design, HR Transformation, and Target Operating Models.
- Must be based in New York City and eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks.
