Organizational Transformation and Change Specialist

Location: Washington, DC, USA; remote work is available, with occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility possible.

Salary: $77,600–$176,000 annualized USD

What you will do

• Lead organizational change management initiatives and assess how transformations affect business processes and organizational design.
• Develop communications plans, training programs, and change strategies for enterprise software and operational changes.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to translate complex objectives into strategic communication plans and cross-functional delivery roadmaps.
• Support process improvement, performance measurement, business management analysis, and organizational readiness assessments.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams while managing project risks across complex client initiatives.

Requirements

• Knowledge of change frameworks, executive messaging strategies, stakeholder engagement models, and organizational readiness assessments.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, management consulting, or large-scale workforce or digital transformations; or a master’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-channel change communications, manager toolkits, and training execution for enterprise deployments.
• Knowledge of OKR planning or reporting frameworks and internal communication systems for large organizational divisions.
• Top Secret clearance, a relevant master’s degree, or Prosci, CCMP, or PMP certification.
