What you will do

  • Lead detailed program and project plans, launch readiness activities, timelines, deliverables, risk management, and mitigation strategies.
  • Translate US OBD strategic priorities into integrated plans with milestones, metrics, and dependencies.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasting, reconciliation, financial tracking, and reporting in partnership with Finance.
  • Coordinate governance forums, agendas, decision tracking, meeting cadence, and cross-functional communications.
  • Prepare executive-ready dashboards, reports, and materials covering program status, risks, and resource utilization.
  • Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and change management for new tools and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline required; master's degree preferred.
  • 7 or more years of related experience and 4 or more years of project management or related experience.
  • 7 or more years of pharmaceutical or related industry experience preferred, including knowledge of the medical, scientific, and commercial oncology marketplace.
  • Experience with budget management, executive-level presentations and communications, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
