Manager, Optimization

Location: New York, New York, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office per week. Thursdays are required in-office days, while the other two office days are flexible.

Salary: $117,576–$154,318.50 per year, plus annual performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional implementations and projects, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, relationship management, edge-case mitigation, and on-time delivery.
• Evaluate departmental performance by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
• Help develop departmental metrics and implement strategies to address performance gaps.
• Develop implementation, communications, change management, and risk mitigation strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee and mentor team members and support their professional development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in program management.
• 3+ years of experience delivering projects or programs.
• Experience collaborating across internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Ability to use data and metrics to evaluate performance and support operational improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Experience executing enterprise-wide initiatives, including project planning, resource coordination, implementation, rollout, and ongoing support.
• Master's degree.
• PMP or other program management certification.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Healthcare experience in health insurance, health systems, or healthcare consulting.
