Director, Program Management (Oncology)

Location: Remote (US); travel as needed

Salary: $178,700–$238,700 annually

What you will do

• Lead program management for oncology drug development and product lifecycle management.
• Develop global product development strategies in partnership with team leadership.
• Plan and execute projects, maintaining integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and deliverables.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment, team planning sessions, governance updates, and stakeholder communication.
• Implement project and risk management practices and oversee project budget planning and control.
• Support alliance management for drug development partners and lead oversight steering committees as appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in clinical and drug development within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, or a master’s degree or higher and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing global, cross-functional drug development programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage milestones, risks, budgets, governance, and communication across project teams.
