Senior Director, Commercial Strategy (Biotech)

Location: Hybrid in the Jersey City office or remote in the United States

Base salary: $240,000–$275,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus and equity.

hirify.global is a biotechnology company developing COMP360 psilocybin as an investigational treatment for treatment-resistant depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.

What you will do

• Lead the integrated launch plan for COMP360 in treatment-resistant depression, including milestones, dependencies, deliverables, assumptions, and decision points.
• Establish cross-functional launch governance, operating rhythms, reporting processes, and escalation pathways.
• Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain activities.
• Identify launch risks, gaps, and bottlenecks, and drive mitigation plans and readiness timelines.
• Build launch readiness frameworks, dashboards, trackers, field readiness plans, systems readiness, training coordination, and compliance activities.
• Support executive decision-making, vendor management, post-launch transition planning, and exploration of future indications and studies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Project Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Significant pharmaceutical or biotech experience in commercial launch, program management, or strategic operations.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and business-critical programs in regulated environments.
• Strong capabilities in integrated planning, governance, risk management, executive communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence across a matrixed organization and translate ambiguity into clear priorities and action plans.
• Must have employment rights in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
