Program Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: Round Lake, Illinois, United States; hybrid workplace with a required minimum number of onsite days per week.

Salary: $120,000–$165,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead sustaining programs for infusion pump products within Infusion Therapies and Technologies.
• Coordinate design changes, process improvements, supplier changes, and obsolescence mitigation.
• Own integrated project plans, schedules, scope, budgets, and risk management.
• Prioritize initiatives based on safety, compliance, business continuity, cost, and customer impact.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support product roadmaps, end-of-life strategies, process governance, and collaboration with external partners and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 8+ years of combined experience, or a master’s degree with 5+ years.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional global teams in electromechanical medical devices.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience working with global manufacturing, external vendors, and supply chain organizations.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
